Welcome to Dream Capture, operated by Chord on Code (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

By using Dream Capture (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old (Korea) or 16 years old (EU) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

  1. Account Registration
  • You may need to register an account (e.g., via Google) to use certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  1. Use of Service
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • You may not upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

  • All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service belong to Chord on Code or its licensors.

  1. Payments and Credits
  • Paid features (credits) are available via third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal).
  • All purchases are subject to our Payment/Refund Policy.
  1. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, except as required by law.
  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Korea, unless otherwise required by law.
  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  1. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Upon your request to delete your account, your personal data and all associated content will be retained for a period of 3 months (“Retention Period”) for security, legal, and recovery purposes.After the Retention Period, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.During the Retention Period, your account will be inaccessible and cannot be restored through normal means.If you wish to recover your account during this period, please contact us at admin@chordoncode.com.
